Default One box of Famous Fabrics Making of America - Manhattan Project

Just had to try one of these, I'm a sucker for products like this. It's pricey but it does deliver some cool cards. The base cards I got were:

Alexander Hamilton - 1st US Secretary of the Treasury
Jonathon Edwards - Author and Theologian

And the cut was:

Ernest Lawrence - (August 8, 1901 August 27, 1958) was a pioneering American nuclear scientist, winner of the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1939 for his invention of the cyclotron. He is also known for his work on uranium-isotope separation for the Manhattan Project, and for founding the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory and the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. After his death, the Regents of the University of California renamed the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory after him. Chemical element number 103 was named lawrencium in his honor after its discovery at Berkeley in 1961.

Could have been much worse, could have been Vince Gill. Can't deny that, for better or worse, Ernest had an impact on this country.

HAHA, I am glad to see that our Vince Gill pull has become the negative poster child for this product!

Thanks for sharing the break! I like these products because you have absolutely no idea who you will get and a lot of them are actually pretty cool.

I thought I saw on ebay or somewhere else that someone pulled Julius Robert Oppenheimer, the inventor of the atomic bomb.

The LCS owner told me about the Vince Gill. I guess a lot of people contacted Leaf about it and made them well aware of the err in their ways.

Haha, that's awesome! We haven't even contacted them about it yet.

I would be so pissed to have pulled that card.

Are we even sure it is that Vince Gill? Sure it isn't Vince Gill, janitor of the year at Pleasantville High and it was just labeled wrong?

When I first started reading this, thought Alexander Hamilton was a auto pull.

I thought the same thing about Hamilton. That would be one hell of a pull.
