In Non-sports cards the archives box will typically have EVERY insert card that was available in that release all in that particular box ....
Looks like this is a autograph insert only so the archive box will have the complete set of ST autographs including the incentive cards I believe ....Lets say they have 38 signers ..... you'd get all 38 autographs in the archive box .... If a product had autos & relics/costume cards that box would have 1 of each signer and 1 of each relic/costume card --- some of the boxes I've seen have practically been overflowing especially if the costume cards are thick ... I've seen some done for other products and they usually will mark the boxes on the outside so you know what they are ...... ron |

tim, i was just going to post the same thing. the only thing that bothers me is a don't know a single one of those autos except for the shatner. at 3 per box can you actually make money selling these? we would flood the market all by ourselves.

Thanks Ron. Do you think a Star Trek archive box would be worth trying to get? Do you think it would be worth a few to several thousand dollars? ....
I don't think that much .... I've seen some other sets archives boxes sell in the $ 700-1000 range but I know alot of those also had costume cards where this release is strickly autographs and I'm sure the autos are worth alot more than the costume cards .... Alot will depend on the completed auto checklist ... I won't include a link but if you do a search on ebay you'll see a ebay store seller has a James Bond Archives box and it shows a nice scan of the box (telling you what's inside etc) and he's asking a touch under $ 1,200 for it but I really don't know what is included in that particular set , mostly autos I think though).... ron |
