Default 'very rare' tobacco cards with NO information

Anybody have a clue what these Very rare tobacco style trading cards are all about?

"Very rare", I'm sure, since he has over 1,000 of them listed. Did he print them in his momma basement?

He's not lying.
#1 - I've never seen those cards before
#2 - they are "tobacco-style" cards, not original tobacco cards
#3 - soccer????

What kind of trouble could you get in for selling unlicensed cards? What if I didn't include team logos for baseball players -- would the MLBPA come after me?

The problem is he is using people's name and likeness. We had Archie Griffin singing at one of our shows and a couple of people brought up a playing card with him on it to sign. Didn't mention Ohio State on the cards but had the players names. He told me that there was already a lawsuit in the works against that company so he wouldn't sign it. Now I don't know how it turned out but I would guess each individual personality could sue him. That's my guess but I don't know that for a fact.

Those are the cards I was thinking of when I seen the Ebay listings.

He's actually sold a ton of these, look at his feedback & completed listings.
