Default Any good geared towards little girls?

So my kids are 5, and my son has several The Force Awakens card, since he loves Star Wars. As we were putting them into binder sheets, my daughter said she wants some cards, but not Star Wars. Any good cheap cards geared towards little girls? I looked through the Blowout site, and didn't really see anything that interested me or her.

EDIT: supposed to say "set" in the title, between good and geared.

She have any interests?

I know when my daughter was 5-6, she loved opening Bella Sera cards.

I know 5finity is doing a Canine Persuasion sketch set (dogs/puppies). Not 100% certain of the release date.

I had to look those up cause I'd never heard of them. She has a few My Little Pony cards that are a part of a game set, plus some Shopkins I believe. But she's more into the looks, and having a night colorful picture, as opposed to a little pic in the corner with a bunch of words on it.

She has a Paw Patrol matching game, where the cards are pretty much the same size as trading cards, and likes to late those out just look at them.

What about the Panini sticker packs? Like opening cards and some are harder to find and they can be assembled into a sticker book.

Finding Dory has a newer set out also.

I had kind of forgotten about the sticker albums, and glossed over them before, but it will definitely be worth a look, thanks for the reminders. It'd be comparable to him having his cards in a binder. I'm pretty sure our local Target has some, which makes it easy to pick up a pack of stickers here and there as needed.

Haven't watched that one yet. We don't have cable, but I see it's available on Hulu, so maybe we'll give it a shot.

5finity is pretty high end for an elementary-age kid.
Webkins (older stuff, eBay is the common source) is good for this age group.

I would sit down with her and scroll through Blowout's non-sports to see if there is anything she says she likes. Maybe you'll find something inexpensive.

The packs were going to be $9.95 and were meant to be a March of Dimes fundraiser. I don't necessarily think that is high end and giving him a number of potential options.

Remember seeing Power Puff Girls on blowout for cheap. Don't know if it's still there, or if your daughter knows who they are.

There is a SPCA set out as well. We carry them at work. I'm sure you can still find them around, but there was a set out a couple years ago with different animals....can't think of the name though.

Yeah there's tons of old Disney sets. A lot of cheap ones with only base and inserts. Cinderella, lion king, pocahontas, snow white, alladin. Plus new movies. But a lot for those are stickers. Cars, frozen, dory, etc. There is a really nice frozen card set that was from England I think. Lots of pretty cards. Base, sparkles, activity cards. Not sure if you can find a box on ebay or not. There was also a starter kit for it with a small flimsy binder. A few cards and packs. And a couple other things I think. I'd still like to put that set together. There were also some yo gabba gabba blasters as well as powerful girls. A bit more expensive bit Disney treasure cards are so pretty. Nice base and Inserts and a box should have a film cel relic in it.

I had gotten my kids boxes of Disney/Pixar Treasures when they were younger. Some other cards geared towards younger girls (My daughter collected cards); My Little Pony, SpongeBob Squarepants, Robots, Garbage Pail Kids, Power Puff Girls, Webkins, most Disney movies have some sort of card connection. If she is more a superhero type there are some Marvel and DC sets created for the female characters.

If you are looking for a specific artist than anything from Katie Cook is good, her style is perfect for youngsters.

I would not pay Katie cook prices for a 5 year old. Unless it's a cheap doodle at a con. Any sketches of hers will be ridiculously priced.

Sorry, I should have clarified, I didn't mean Katie Cook's sketch cards but the base cards she has in various sets.

Ah ok. Well I think any artists work is fine for a kid as long as it's a kid friendly set. I'd really look into Disney sets tho. There are some nice ones. I've collected my fair share of Disney sets.

Check nslists.com if you haven't already. I think there's a whole section that's just Disney sets.
