Star wars numbered cards?

are there any numbered inserts in any of the star wars sets?

There are parallel sets for a handfull of sets, including the newest Clone Wars set with versions numbered to 100. In the Galaxy sets, there are gold and refractor parallel sets of the foil cards with the golds numbered to 500 and the refractors as 1/1's.

There are indeed. Here is an example of one from Galaxy series 5 numbered to 770. Available if someone wants it.

The best numbered inserts for SW had to be the gold parallels for SW 30th Anniversary. They were serial numbered /30 and came about 1 per case, but with typical TOPPS collation you could get a case with 0 or 2. I got 2 in my case and they nearly covered the cost of my case, which was good since most of the sketches were junk.
