Marvel Masterpieces Sketch Card Help

Hi,

My first time to purchase marvel masterpieces. I bought 2 sealed boxes of series one solely for the sketch cards. They are numbered 556 and 9166/13000. Guess what, I can't find a single sketch card in either of the box. Does this happen to anyone? If I contact upperdeck will they say the "on average" bs like they do with sportcards? Or am I going to receive some sealed packs with all base inside. -____-

Wow, It's very rare but has happend. I know a gentlemen who has opened probably 20+ cases (5 Nars to date) and I think had about 3 boxes with no sketches. But he has had boxes with 2 sketches. I dont think they have replacements is the problem. You can always try though. GL and let us know. Im curious.

Thanks for telling me. OMG, I must have very bad luck to get 2 for 2 with no sketch. E-mail sent to upperdeck customer service. I'll post the reply when I get it.

The same exact thing happened to me!!! I bought three boxes from Blowout and two of them had no sketches. Somewhere out there is a collector finding a monster hot box with all sketches.

Wow so every box has to have a sketch card? I bought a box last month and I got a Dr. Doom costume card and one of the box topper. I thought that since those are in the box it means that I am not suppose to get any sketch card.

Today another box just arrived and I hope there is a sketch card in it, even a crappy sketch card will do just fine...heh.

It's almost a month now and the only e-mail I received back from UD is asking for my address and tel number. Meanwhile I bought 2 boxes of MM2 at the one and only UD store in Huntington Beach, CA in which 1 out of 2 does not have a sketch. The manager who witnessed the break contacted customer service in Vegas and received a reply pretty fast. According to him, there will be replacement later, either from MM2 or MM3. I'll see how it goes and keep it updated.
