Big Bang theory.

Well im a huge fan of the show. The main 5 will all have autos in the set. Dont know much about non sports autos pricing.
Just people honest opinion how much would you think the going rate for each of the main cast members will be. Trying to debate buying boxes and how much will the more expensive cast members be.

Big Bang Theory
Cryptozoic
12 Boxes per Case
Release Date "Fall" (probably October)

Promising Autographs and Memorabilia. Signers include: Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Jim Parsons ...and more to be confirmed!

depending on who they add it seems like a 12 box case should yield all the main cast members.

what do you think the initial prices of these signers will be

Cuoco, Galecki, Helberg, Nayyar, and of course te one I want the most Jim Parsons

IndySportsCards 07-25-2011 09:52 PM

Depends on who's short printed. If at all. Also depends on how many autos per case.

GoClips! 07-25-2011 09:53 PM

Jim Parsons is definitely going to be the most sought after, unless there are some weird SPs. I'm going to pick up a box or two of this for my GF who loves Big Bang(tee-hee).

Where do you see 12 autos per case?

rambel 07-25-2011 11:16 PM

Anyone want to split a case of this?
Where do you see 12 autos per case?
LOL Cryptozoic really needs to gather what they know in one place... Somewhere, it seems they stated one auto per box. I dunno.

canuhandle23 07-26-2011 01:45 AM

here are the oncard autos pics
i read one auto and one costume card. just liek the vampite diaries

The Big Bang Theory Trading Cards | Cryptozoic Entertainment

also i would split a case or we should do a group box break on here between 3 or 4 people

Zerokruel 07-26-2011 02:00 AM

My distribution sheet says 1 autograph and 1 memorabilia card per box.

John91C 07-26-2011 12:47 PM

Awesome...I just bought a case...wife and I really love this show. This will make it a fun rip for both of us. She got a huge kick out of star trek TNG since she grew up watching the show!

BO gave me a decent price...better than their posted price!

Rock on! I just bumped my walking dead to two cases.

I know I will do a minimum of two cases for BBT... However, I could do more if they announce more signers and do something decent with the costumes.

I know they have a lot of guest stars, so it would be great if they were able to get Stan Lee or some other signers.

Wil Wheaton!

LOL , please no... But it would be cool to see a dual with him and Parsons.

A Katee Sackhoff and Takei would be a great addition to the list!

The Wesley Crush...ers

I second that as well...and throw in Summer Glau! Love that episode on the train and Raj is talking up a storm to Summer...then Wolowitz comes over and shows him the beer was non-alocoholic :D

yeah I have a case of Walking dead and now BBT...can't invest too much into cards this year...just bought a new house and now need some extra $$$ for remodel items over the next year! Ahhh the joys of home ownership!

Pejarox7620 07-26-2011 06:14 PM

Oh man they are finally making Big Bang Cards! Awesome Definitely picking some of this up!

garpike 08-30-2011 12:40 PM

Can't wait to see these!!!

generallou 11-01-2011 12:00 AM

Update on these is feb 2012, Kurt from Cryptzoic at the Philly show, said it was tough to deal with the studios, the producers would approve something, and then the lawyers would shoot it down, making it difficult to finalize these sets. The good news is we will get these sets! If the cast member is announced we have autos in hand. That's how we roll. So they may be worth the wait!

Incarnadine 11-01-2011 01:10 AM

As far as I can tell they have only confirmed the 5 main cast members and none of the lesser characters or guest stars. Getting all 5 leads is a huge feat but thinking of the other possibilities (not necessarily my personal choices) I come up with:

Sara Gilbert (Leslie Winkle)
Laurie Metcalf (Mary Cooper)
Charlie Sheen (himself)
Octavia Spencer (Octavia)
Analeigh Tipton (herself) <----I want!
Sara Rue (Stephanie Barnett)
Christine Baranski (Beverly Hofstadter)
George Smoot (Himself) *2006 Nobel Prize winner
John Ross Bowie (Barry Kripke)
Wil Wheaton (himself)
Katee Sackhoff (herself)
Yeardly Smith (Sandy)
Stan Lee (himself)
Judy Greer (Dr. Elizabeth Plimpton)
Mayim Bialik (Amy Farrah Fowler)
Steve Wozniak (himself) *National Medal of Technology winner
Eliza Dushku (FBI Special Agent Angela Page)
Melissa Rauch (Bernadette Rostenkowski)
George Takei (himself)
Keith Carradine (Wyatt)
LeVar Burton (himself)
Brent Spiner (himself)

Here are some of the items that are going to be in the wardrobe cards!

I can't wait for this set!

:)!

Nicnac 11-01-2011 11:15 AM

delayed again... Cryptozoic needs to work on setting timetables and keeping them.

Incarnadine 11-01-2011 01:54 PM

I really hope this set does well, the non-sport hobby desperately needs some new blood as year after year we are flooded with the same old recycled products like Star Trek, Star Wars, James Bond and Marvel superhero sets. Even new products are still from the sci-fi, fantasy or superhero genres. TBBT is one of the new upcoming sets that has finally re-sparked some collecting interest in me after virtually giving up on the hobby. If this does well maybe other sit-com sets will follow, although I can only see it working for popular ensemble comedies with multiple leads, and the only other show (non-animated) I can think of that fits the bill would be How I Met Your Mother, another show with 5 main leads, 4 of which are, or have been, very successful apart from the show.

Cryptozoic is also doing The Walking Dead...

And, Rittenhouse has signed with HBO to do Game of Thrones...

Zerokruel 11-01-2011 02:32 PM

I actually had to cancel my order of BBT. This has gone from October to Feb. - and nothing is firm, so I do think there is going to be another push back. After Walking Dead, I will be done for a while. I'm opening up a company next year - so I don't plan on taking on any new product at the start of the year.
