Help with value on this uncut promo sheet

I have this uncut promo sheet. I was told that there were only 25 uncut sheets given to the Toytokyo booth at the SDCC so I am guessing it is pretty rare but can't come up with any sort of value on it. None of these have popped up anywhere that I can find.

I registered months ago but they never sent me the e-mail to give me full access. I can see but not post. Had a friend of mine who is on there send them a message and still nothing so I have been using NSU.
