Default Anybody kniw who Chas Lee??

So I came across this framed letter that was my uncles. It is dated 1895 and is signed on the bottom by Chas Lee (Charles?) Anybody have any idea if this is worth anything?

Yea thats the same info I have found. Seems to be really all there is. Whats the best way to appraise this?

put it on ebay with a real high bin and see if you get any offers, circus collectors I would think will go crazy for it. A great piece!

Yea I dont plan on selling it for a few bucks just to get rid of it. If I got a decent offer I would move though. I put it on ebay and it didnt even get a view yet!! lol

Anybody got ideas on an auction setup for this thing? This is what I got right now
