Anyone Rip and Flip Americana in the past?

Just curious if anyone ever has done a rip and flip on this prodcut?

I did really well with the first year of Americana!!! I think I tripled what I paid for all of my boxes I bought. Then they kept coming out with more of it which didn't sell well.

I think it was a one hit wonder myself....unless you get an awesome card.

One of the cards I pulled was a James Dean Robe (mult break) /25. It sold for $175 I believe.

I really like the product and was wondering the same. If you hit something decent as well as selling off the proofs you can do well. There are a couple of buyers on the bay that really chase this stuff, especially the proofs. I still have 2 boxes worth I am listing this weekend. That should give me an idea of what I can get back. I made out just ok on the first 2, but breaking even isn't a bad thing.

I made money with the first release, but there's just way too much of it now. Plus, I pulled a nice Marilyn Monroe which sold for crazy money, I forget how much, that was over a year ago. I've slept since then, but I didn't buy into the 2nd release much due to over production of common cards it seemed. I fear this release will be more of the same. All they've put in there new are some Movie Poster relic cards and I think Urkle and Carrot Top have an auto in the set now.

I was hoping to pull the auto/relic card of the guy from Yo Gabba Gabba. It actually has a piece of his hat on it!

You beat me to it, my kids love it too. It is amazing how I used to listen to anything from Led Zeppelin to Jackyl and now my daughter and I are singing a duet "There's a party in my tummy, so yummy, so yummy, yummy".

Didn't know the Yo Gabba Gabba guy was in there.....my son loves it too. A strange show, but clearly kids love it!
