I got:
M10 Maggie's Green Tank
M9 Sophia as a Human Blue Rainbow shirt

And the one that stunned me:

Andrew Lincoln As Rick Grimes A1 card! I think I got a bit lucky on that purchase...

So here is a question: Is the Lincoln auto likely to go up in price?

Any help is appreciated...

From one box and 16 packs I managed to snag the above plus:

CB06
CB09
M22 Hershel's Pinstripe Shirt (w/ perfectly centered pinstripe)
M30 Walker Horde
A2- Jon Bernthal as Shane Walsh

Where is your card shop in Canada?

I'm in Vancouver and I was lucky enough to have them hold 2 more boxes after I bought 6.

All original sticker price =)

Bought a Half Case of Walking Dead on Weds, opened a total of 5 boxes.

1 more box still unopened. And just reserved at least 2 more boxes from my card shop for the original (non-increased) sticker price.

Without further a-due here is the results of box 5.

As well as the pic of all my autos + sketches so far for 5 boxes.

Shane Auto! And rare Daryl Olive Green Jeans!

the bottom line is they didnt come through with what the site said . if your going to have a pre order guarantee . you better honor it , and if you dont ....... well you can expect that people wont be back . you would think that they would learn from this mistake, but nooooooo the "pre order guarantee " is still on the site. im done with them . they didnt come through with what was promised, and to add to that the communication was beyond horrible .

SolarFly's pre-order policy does have an exception. This has been posted on their site since I pre-ordered my case from them. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I got what I ordered, so I'm very happy with SF..and I love the loyalty program idea for Season 3 cards!

IF I PLACE A PRE-ORDER, AM I GUARANTEED TO GET MY ITEM?
YES! WE GUARANTEE THAT ALL PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS WILL BE FULFILLED! THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY WOULD BE IF THE MANUFACTURER UNEXPECTEDLY CANCELS THE PRODUCT OR ALLOCATION NUMBERS ARE DRASTICALLY HIGHER THAN EXPECTED. IF THIS WERE TO HAPPEN YOU WOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THE CHANGE AS SOON AS WE FIND OUT. PLEASE NOTE - WHENEVER OUR ALLOCATION NUMBERS ARE DRASTICALLY HIGHER THAN EXPECTED, WE WORK HARD TO BUY PRODUCT OFF THE SECONDARY MARKETS TO FULFULL AS MANY ORDERS AS POSSIBLE.

Can't hurt to ask. I've put stupid prices on cards before and they sold. It might scare away some people, but not the one or two that will truly want the card.

They added that after TWD debacle...Matt told me he had to change his pre-order guarantee policy because of TWD.

I could have sworn that I read that before I ordered mine. Sorry if I was wrong.

So my case just ended on eBay with no takers at $1600. I think I will open it instead of relisting. Any thoughts?

Might have been repeated, but I'm wondering if the only two "SP" autos are Andrew Lincoln and Laurie Holden S1 in this set?

Cheers

There's too many cases on right now. If you can't wait, do that and list it in a few months. You'll probably get $1800-$200. But, with the gluttony of good stuff coming out, you should bust it.

Your call.

Yea I can wait but you are correct there is a lot of good stuff comming out and I could recoup a good bit of my case price with some good hits or a nice sketch...

Look at it from the averages standpoint

1 sketch - avg $200
12 Autos @ $50 each avg = $600
12 Character Wardrobes @ $40 each avg = $480
12 Walker Wardrobes at $8 each ave = $96
12 base sets at $10 each avg - $120
Inserts = $150?

That's $1700 in sales. If you hit a redemption, a nice sketch and/or some of the tougher wardrobes, $2000+ is not out of the question.

And you know you want to break it.....

Here is the crazy part- I have never watched the show I bought the case when they where first offered at $800 to flip. Just from watching this thread every day I kinda have an Idea what is good better best other then the wardrobe cards. So when I post the results I might need a little help with the wardrobe stuff. The autos I kinda got figured out along with the redemptions. The sketches speak for themselves. Lets get started.

Well, got my box broke down:

A2 - Jon Bernthal
M20 - Sophia Walker
M30 - Walker Horde (my 2nd one, has dirt on it rather than blood spot like other one)
SB02 - My third one! lol

Going to go back to my hobby shop to see if they get more in next week. If they do I'm probably going to buy what they have left.

$10 per 80-card base set. You should get 12-15 sets from a case.
