I think I'm going to sell my master set 1 before the holden comes out..otherwise it's going to be really hard to sell once her autos are on the market and then I'll have to invest more $$$ to complete the master set!

What do you think I'll get for this master set? It has everything but the "badge" redemption costume card...has all promos, inserts, all autos, costume cards, base set, binder, and sketch card.

Last COMPLETE master set without a sketch I saw sold for a little over 1900.

I will be waiting and will add the Holden to the master set.

You might want to get the Holden Autos. Now that they've been announced, some people won't view it as a "Master" set.

Alright...I'll just buy them because I know I won't be pulling them from the 4 boxes I have coming in...damn these companies not guaranteeing their pre-order guarantee!

Maybe you'll get lucky! I hope so. You spend enough on this stuff.

Looking forward to the news and announcement for this set in regards to the type of prop redemption and other news from Cryptozoic's Miranda Anderson during this weekends Philly show. I also assume they are holding off posting the last autographs on their site because of the show this weekend.

Is anyone attending? Can you please update us as to the announcements made if they are not updated on Cryptozoic's website?

Also, post a picture of the promo being given out by Cryptozoic for this set please.

Other posts such as new sets Cryptozoic will be producing are welcome as well.

Thanks.

This time tomorrow we should know what the redemption is. I would not be surprised to see a lot of boxes on the bay begin to sell due to this big news. Cannot wait!

I have been racking my brain to figure out what prop they could use like they did with the Sheriff Patch and I can't think of anything.

If it's a Jumbo material card, I won't be interested in adding it to my S2 set. I can't stand oversized cards.

I'm also thinking that the missing 2 Auto cards will be Zombie variations of Shane and Sophia.

Miranda's been answering a lot of my questions on another forum, but she gave no clues as to the redemption for this set. I can't even make a guess as to what it will be. If it is an oversized card, it will still do well. I was shocked to see a recent Big Bang Theory oversized card sell for $900+ recently!

Did you guys see the case that sold on ebay for around $1700-1800? I listed 4 boxes as a presale today, but may take the auction down after the redemption news. Come March, these boxes will probably be $200+ lol. Insane quite honestly.

I did see that case sell, I would hold off on selling your boxes as well for now.

I am unsure as to what could be used as a prop redemption as well but I am leaning towards oversized.

I still feel it will be Cohan and one other season 2 character that will be added. Scott Wilson alone from S2 is not enough to call this a S2 set for me in a sense of memorabilia and autographs goes.

Today is the day, drum roll please......................................................

Update: From what I understand NO announcements today for TWD S2 Set until tomorrow.

Here is Cryptozoic's Day 1 Announcements http://www.nsu-magazine.com/cryptozo...cements-day-1/

Looks to me like Cryptozoic is starting to dabble in Autograph Memorabilia cards look out TWD S3 trading cards!

Update: From the looks of the Promos page on the Philly Non-Sports Show website Cryptozoic will be giving out the SDCC1 Michonne Promo and not a new Promo. Is Cryptozoic still have image licensing issues for their promos possibly?

Seems like the release date isn't the ONLY thing being pushed back!

Ba-Dum (Thank you, I'm here at night).

I understand your not liking the over-sized cards, but if the BBT ones are going for $900, the WD will easily hit $1200. I'm guessing you'll still be happy to open one lol.

Oh, don't get me wrong, if I hit one, that would be great as I would flip it immediately.

From MY collector's POV, I don't like oversized cards. They don't match well with the standard cards and storing them is a pain.

If the Super Chase is an oversized card, it'll save me a G because I won't want one.

Just posted are announcements for Day 2 from Cryptozoic and the news we have been awaiting!

Cryptozoic Entertainment Philly Non-Sports Card Show Announcements Day 2 Non-Sport & Entertainment Trading Card News from Non-Sport Update

For its existing license, Cryptozoic has made two announcements. The first is concerning The Walking Dead Season 2. Like some of previous CZE sets, The Walking Dead Season 2 will contain a redemption card. This card can be redeemed for an oversized, triple memorabilia card featuring Shane Walsh’s (played by Jon Bernthal) pants, shirt, and piece of patch from his sheriff’s uniform costume. The card will be 4 x 6. Cryptozoic has not yet announced how many of these will be produced but it is expected that at least 25 of them will be made.

Looks as if it will be oversized after all.

Updated that thread as well here.

So they have not given final numbers of the redemption I see but like the article states expect at least 20-25.

Tomorrow I expect we should be seeing updated set information on Cryptozoic's website for TWD, and hopefully the other two or so signers.
