Miranda has not made any mention of the Binders going up on the site yet. Also, from reading Miranda's comments it sounds like their will be another wave of boxes to come through sometime before release. She did mention product was very limited.

Log into your account in the store and go to "My Account"

On that page you will see My Orders click "Change quantities / cancel orders"

Reply to the order confirmation email--that worked for me.

They will set you up with a support ticket and then take care of it.

I am guessing they are reviewing orders. So boxes are popping here and there after cancelling people that ordered more than 2.

They went through all the orders for yesterday that ordered more than 2 boxes. That is why there were boxes listed today per Miranda. From here the random ones that are showing up now were from a couple canceled orders recently. There will another wave before release though just like the one yesterday.

Anyone else get charged for the two boxes they ordered from Crypotozic? I'm pretty sure that if they charged your credit card already and said it would be shipped in December they have to ship it in December otherwise what they did is illegal. That's good news for some of those that thought it might get pushed into the new year.

I by no means am complaining, just looking for any clues on when this might finally ship out. Getting two boxes from Cryptozoic and four from my LCS, I keep dreaming about maybe getting two sketch cards from the six boxes. A boy can dream, can he?

Also looks like December is going to be the release date for this, as quite a few statements were made that December is the month by Cryptozoic.

Yeah I was wondering about the credit card thing, I have no issue with it since I'd trust them more than some of these other fly by night websites that popped up taking orders on this product. I wonder why some cards were charged and others were not?

yes I was charged for my original (3) box order and the (2) box order I placed after I was aware of the 2 box limit....they processed both orders even though on my Cryptozoic page it only has the 2 box order as Cryptzoic cancelled the other yet still charged my card.

So this morning I notice that the hold came off from Thursday's purchase at my bank and guess what I was charged for both orders...so I created a ticket and emailed customer service and even tried calling them today at different extensions hoping to reach somebody for a refund, not sure if they were closed for the holiday today or not but I'm not a happy camper as it overdrew my account so now I have to call my bank in the morning and file a dispute against the $266 (3) box charge, which shouldn't have been charged in the 1st place.


I know it was my fault for doing (2) different orders, but I thought typically they just place a 24-48 hr hold to determine if the card is valid and then physically charge the card when the items ship...right?

My bank account had a charge for 5 boxes and also 2 boxes and although I received a credit email from Cryptozoic on Friday the funds still haven't reappeared in my account yet. Seems like this should not have occurred if the maximum you could order was 2. At the time I ordered you had to go into the details tab to even see there was a 2 box limit. Hopefully everyone gets their refund soon. I now have 8 boxes coming and am happy to even have that. If I can find 4 more for a decent price it might be nice to have a case of cards to open without the guarantee of a sketch card, but also for a slim chance of pulling more than one.
