I've seen this before at sports card shows. You try and limit who gets them but by the end of the show, you have a ton and just start handing them out.

that's why i was nvr into promo cards .. especially those not marked as limited

I knew as of that Sunday they weren't going to be that rare since Cryptozoic put on their facebook page to come by the store to get your free promos. I'm sure they handed out handfuls to each person who stopped by...less for them to pack up.
