I don't think so, we would need a much clearer scan but Irma signs her cards Aimo in a distinct style, and this is not it.

When trying to ID sketches, it is best to have a full scan of the card and then a closeup of the sig (both need to be clear). This way, if the sig is not easily identifyable, we have the art style to work with as well.
