Breaking street date by 4.5 days, huh? Hope they lose their account.

The guy selling the wardrobe is a hot pack seller. He probably pulled it in a retail pack today. So he didn't do anything wrong.

Default I wonder...

Could that be one from the binders? That's the addition this time.

Does "street date" apply for retail? I guess it would depend on if the retail release date is today, if it is then that would be the street date for retail, if not, then somebody is in deep doo-doo.

Wow love the card!
Wonder if it is from a retail pack? I imagine it would be really easy to sit in target or walmart and just feel up the packs as wardrobe cards are so easy to find as they nearly always put the patch facing outwards and you can feel it.
And $250 wow, with someone already made an offer. Surely wardrobe (especially Penny ones) prices aren't going to be that high right off the bat.

Hard to say, some of the season 1/2 Penny wardrobe cards were getting that high recently, this set isn't coming as much of a surprise as the last one, people are definitely more informed this time.

yeah I know the Penny wardrobes from last set have been selling high lately, but I wouldn't think when they first came out.
Plus there's 5 Penny wardrobes in this set, you'd think you'd get at least 2 in a case. If Penny wardrobes sell for $200ea and you got 2 + you got a Penny auto in a case, they would more than pay off the price of an original priced case. It will be interesting to see prices as cards start hitting Ebay on Monday/ Tuesday.

It's kind of what happened with Dobrev autos from VD, the season 1 autos took nearly a year to go from $75 to $300+, but the season 2 auto/wardrobe was $300 right out of the gate.
Just wait until we see what the Penny and Sheldon auto/wardrobes go for, it should be interesting.

True. Well we're definately going to see the main 7 autos going for heaps considering there's only 1 per case. Half the fun of a new release is seeing how much things sell for and the box/ case breakdowns.
Penny and Sheldon are definately going to be the most expensive, with Amy being the dark horse. But it's hard to guess how much.
I've seen some people guess $600+ for Penny. Surely no one would pay that for a card- that's close to the original pre- order cost of a case.

There shouldn't be anybody doing hot packs for this set.
How will they be able to tell if it's a reg costume or a auto costume?

I'm getting 3 of my boxes I ordered tomorrow. Obviously I'll wait until the street date to post on eBay.

A recent penny auto just sold for $600 I believe from the first set.

Think about the odds to pull a penny auto (estimate)
1:7 cases @ $1,000 a case (low end)
That's you can spend $7,000 on cases as still miss out on a penny auto.
$600 is a bargain for her auto costume especially considering 1 per case IMO

Exactly. Imagine you sell a hot pack for like $60 and then the person you sell it too gets a Penny or Sheldon auto/ wardrobe. No way I would risk it.
Wow how are you getting yours tomorrow? Is it midnight 12 Feb that you can officially post breaks and put on ebay without getting back lash?
I was hoping my boxes would ship before release date as they have to come all the way to me in Australia.

When you put it like that I guess so. Man I hope I pull Penny or Sheldon- then I'd have to consider weather to keep or sell. So glad I got my case when pre- orders first started- not sure how much I paid but it was low end $700's.

I was at Target today and bought a number of assorted packs, including BBT and scored a M-05 Howard's Blue Shirt. Packs are loose this time around, not blister carded like TWD.

So was just thinking of the dual wardrobes.
If Penny wardrobes are going to be high priced on release (we're assuming) , imagine what the dual Penny/ Sheldon wardrobe would sell for (and the Penny/ Leonard). I guess it depends how many dual wardrobes are pulled per case.

Awesome pull from a retail pack. I wonder if you are allowed to post pic now as retail packs are already released and I guess are on a different scale to hobby ones. I would love to see, but don't wanted you getting in trouble if it's not allowed.

Meh, I guess it'd be pretty hard for them to call out Target for it. Probably just a stern letter stating not to do that again next time is all it'd be. The distributors got hobby a day or two ago, which is why I thought it was from somebody breaking early.

$100 for a Howard wardrobe card! No way they are going to get that.
Think they just trying to get heaps for one of the first cards on ebay before release date.

Yup. $100 is only possible, maybe, if it is a variant version. Looking at the picture there should be yellow and white versions from the picture on the shirt.

Looking at the wardrobe pics from Cryptozoic it looks like several might have distinct variants.

The Howard purple shirt (yellow and white versions)
Sheldon's green t-shirt (any part of the green lantern pic on the front)
Raj's red jacket (blue and white stripes on the sleeve, black collar)
Raj's yellow jacket (white band around the waist, pale blue cuffs and collar)
Bernadette's red scarf (any part of the pattern. The sample they posted actually shows this one)

Amy/Sheldon dual (any part of the Flash picture on the t-shirt)

What are the odds for the retail packs as I have never seen them anywhere?
