Hey Tom. Are sketch cards only found in the 10 case incentive (loaded) boxes? Or can they be pack/set pulled too? Or maybe a case topper?

I can answer this: they are only found in the loaded boxes.

There were only 2 artists approved for sketch Tim Shay and Trev Murphy and that is why they are in loaded boxes only as I did not have enough to put into cases

Well, I think it's generally ok to talk about other sites on products that BO doesn't have currently in stock. BO doesn't have Dexter Season 4 boxes, so it would be ok to say "If you're interested, DACW has Dexter Season 4 boxes on sale". However, it's kinda frowned upon to give a specific price, and you should definitely not link directly to a competitor.
