Default Should I be worried about this sale?

Over the weekend, I listed my Andy Whitfield auto with a high BIN/BO. Almost immediately I get an offer, and we agree to a deal (which is higher than the current market value, but the prices on these do fluctuate).

What's weird is he agreed to $325 when there is one currently at $240 with only one bid. Then I look at his history and he has tried to sell a copy of his own a bunch of times with no luck.

Then this morning, after I sent his and it was 'mark as shipped', he relists his copy at a huge BIN/BO.

Could he be trying to pull something? Is he trying to inflate the price of his copy?

The $240 ends in less than 24 hours.

And yes I used signature confirmation.

As long as you went with sig confirmation, you should not have any issues...except if the guy tries to return a damaged one in place of your good one.
