Default Star Wars Galactic Files Sketch Value

Alrighty here. Stopped by the local card store, and seeing as how the kid likes Star Wars, as do I, he picked up a few packs. I have a question as to the value of these 2 cards.

The first is a Peter Mayhew Auto, I see they sell for $20-$40 on the dreaded Ebay, which kinda answers that.

The second is a 1/1 sketch card by Ted Dastick Jr. featuring Chewbacca. Dastick Star Wars sketch cards are not high value for this set, however none on Ebay are full colored or have this high profile a character, the closest is a Wicket which went for $135. Using the dreaded Ebay as simply a guide am I correct in believing the value should be roughly $150-$200 base on his other closed (Mars attacks) sales?

If anyone has any thoughts at all, good, bad, or other, or might be interested, please let me know, thank you.

What Ted did was do three piece puzzles for each character, the middle one of the 3 was color I believe, while the other two were black and white. Ted is a great artist, and this card looks great, your $150 mark is probably pretty high though, more around $100-$125 maybe. Never know someone might have the other two pieces and will pay you even more for that last middle, color piece! Just all depends on character a lot of the time, and the demand if its a puzzle!

$1 million.

I'm Ted. It's weird how much the Ewoks went for! And then I think my Jar Jar went for $11. The sales are all over the place. But $135 isn't high value?

Anything that sells for over $100 in sketches is pretty much considered High end I would say. Plus its Ted so that just guarantees you have a high end card bout 96% of the time lol.

Thanks for the input. I admit I am stuck on selling or holding the cards. I might put them on the dreaded Ebay or here as a 2 card lot and see what offers I have. I am not desperate but also don't have the appreciation others would have for them both. If I get $100 offers they won't be sold, but I might sell if the right offer comes along.

Damn that's a nice sketch

I'm in the same boat as you with the one I pulled a week ago, not selling it unless its a real high number, and as nice as my sketch is, don't think anyone is hitting that number, and I have absolutely no problem keeping it, lol

Just put it on eBay at a high price and take offers. Won't hurt.
