Did upperdeck ever release a complete list of artists for the set?

Just got back from the LCS and opened three boxes of this stuff. God is it some nice looking stuff in person. It was also great to get a bonus base card and base sketch in one of the boxes (Iron Man and Deadpool base sketches with a Daredevil on fold sketch). I got an awesome two fold Deadpool sketch too and a three fold Fantastic Four sketch. Great stuff all around.

I just got my first sketch (non-hinged) in of the bunch I've purchased and it looks amazing in person. I can't wait to see the rest when they come in.

I really like the thicker cardstock they used for these versus some of the other sketches I have.

What a lucky grab that was for somebody! $40 is less than Sara charges to do a color PSC! I'm pretty jealous.

Woot--just closed a deal on this bad boy (pics from the UD Facebook page). Charles Hall is the artist.

What is the big pull for this product? Who are the top artist in here?

The biggest pull I have heard of so far was a redemption card for a 5 piece 3 hinge puzzle! Although that Charles Hall was listed for a grand, and I thought that was a pretty reasonable starting point for a seller to haggle with.

I think we came to a fair price for both of us.

Although, honestly, once I saw it, it was basically this kind of situtation

It is amazing. The center-piece of a great collection I'm sure. Do you post your collection anywhere? I'd love to sneak a peek

Its actually pretty funny what is going on right now on that bay sight. People can't figure out what the right price is for stuff. Base cards are going up with BIN from $10 to $50 and sketches... sketches are all over the place.

I'll definitely put some pics up once I get everything in. I really just started collecting sketches after many years in sports collecting, so I don't have much to show off just yet

All my auctions are ending in next hour or so...

Me too! I actually started collecting earlier this year. Found out they still make Marvel trading cards (collected them as a kid in the 90s) and bought a box of MB1. Pulled a Mike Miller Gwen Stacy sketch and was hooked!

I'll be curious to see how these sketches do once the initial breaking listings go away. I bet a lot of these will disappear into collections. I know I bought mine to keep, but I'd like to see what value they have in the long-run.

Seems to be the same as with any other sketch based release. The quality stuff will pull huge money and the filler will be lucky to get $20 each the first 2 weeks of release and then $10 beyond that.

I secured one Artist Proof already, so now the waiting game begins...

You know how that place works... last second bids and all. Looks like you'll make even without selling that sweet Cap. People who didn't get their stuff up as quickly as you will probably suffer a bit like has been said. Once the initial awe of the hinged cards are gone, I expect that only the best will be pulling $100+ making it pretty difficult to break even or make money unless you have a couple seriously good pulls on the hinged cards. Personally, I'm more interested in the 'base' sketch cards. I hope the awe of the desire to have the new fancy hinged cards helps to keep the single panel prices low so I can pick up a couple decent ones around $25 each. I think once eBay gets flooded that I'll be able to get lucky on a couple. If not, I'll live. Its not like I won't be able to get a sealed box from D&A for the next year if I really want to.

I'm out of sports altogether only if you don't count the Leaf Wrestling stuff. I went through three boxes of Marvel Premier and even if I don't make my money back I'd be shocked to lose 50% or more which I don't think I could ever say about an average box of sports cards (NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA).

From what I've seen all week, you couldn't be more wrong. Here's an example of "filler" at $76 lol.

Upper Deck Marvel Premier Shadow Box Card s 5 Magneto vs Wolverine | eBay

BUT as stated, this is a hit/miss product due to the $200 price tag. I just found out my discount on this is $150 per box, so I may actually end up getting a case, depending how I do at poker the next few days lol.
