Yes, the base sketch cards are a parallel set to the non-sketch /199 base cards. It's not clear how many there are, but there's one character per artist--I think there are different artists doing different characters, though.

So, what I'm talking about is that I have a sketch card for all 50 characters. I guess you could go totally nuts and try to get all 50 by one artist, but I'm not even sure that any artists did 50.

By the way, if anyone else out there is trying to build these character sets, I'm listing some of the base sketch cards for the characters that I had a few versions of. I'm gong to try to keep it to just what I need for the 2 sets other than for a couple characters I really like the sketches of

Well, I wrapped up the second set of 50 characters for the base sketch cards tonight. So I am done, except for picking up upgrades here and there.

I don't want to say which ones to mess up things for the other set builders out there, but there definintely seem to be some characters that don't have as many sketches as others. Could just be the luck of the listings though.

If you notice any broken links above, those have been chosen for resale because I had an upgrade and no longer needed it for a set. There's a few characters that I have several dupes of and I'll be paring those down a bit.

I'm also going to do another post once I get a good format for the character set display. Then I'll just update those as I upgrade the individual sketches.

I decided to pull some of the hinged cards I had for sale that I really liked because these are selling really low IMO and I'd rather keep my Ghost Riders than sell at the current prices

Anyway, here's the next batch. I also have a couple PSCs to share, but I'll do a separate post for that.

Here's the latest batch. After I scan what I got in today, I'll update my Set 1 which should be all in-hand now and maybe show what I've got for Set 2 in-hand. I have to admit, I'd really like to do a table-like display because the giant list of images sucks.

On another note, as all these come in, I'm getting a better understanding of what a ridiculous collection of sketch cards this is But I really like them

Thanks man--there's definitely a few I'm not crazy about, but that's just part of building a sketch set and why we have the ability to upgrade
