Thanks--I'm looking forward to getting a good look at it. I also got the Batman/Joker sketch from that artist.

Sure, I'll post them in my collection thread as they come in.

If you want to see the Batman/Joker one I was talking about, it's this one: Jezreel Rojales Batman The Joker Artist Sketch Card DC Batman The Legend 48 | eBay

I feel good about what I got that one for--it's freakin' awesome

That's one I would have snatched up too had I seen it. This is a case where BIN/BO put a low ceiling on the item where it could have potentially gone for quite a bit more at auction.

Same here. I've heard people say how there's usually one great pull per case, I don't know if this is true or not. Good luck!

Damn. I that's another great sketch from him! >.<

Speaking of Red Skull, there was a decent Jon Hughes that sold last night, but decided not to bid.

Yeah, someone outbid me at the last second. I picked up another Glebe Ghost Rider via email yesterday so I really am done for a bit. I wasn't too upset about losing out on that one

Just opened up my 1 box I bought. Is there anything special with some of the character cards being done in the foil/holographic type card? I got a few duplicates of a regular card then those.

And here's my sketch. First sketch I've ever got.

Dan Gorman I believe it is?

New to collecting cards somewhat, especially new to sketches, so idk if he's a top artist or what. Any info would be good I guess lol. And who's the character? Red Hood?

Oh ok. Kind of what I figured, but thanks for confirming it. I'll be letting my couple of those go to someone on eBay hopefully.

fyi, the redemption list has been posted on Cryptozoic's website. R1-R12 is for Jonathan Wayshack, R13-R36 is for Matias Streb, and R37-R49 is for Tim Shay.

This might blasphemy and I have only seen 2, but am I the only one underwhelmed By the Hall sketches for this product. What he put on the cards is impressive, just didn't put much on them. Unless this is some style I am not aware of yet?

Not just you. You know I'm a fan of his, but I'm not real impressed with his work in this one.

I don't have any Halls yet, new to sketchs and was waiting on this product to hit. But his work on other products I have been really impressed with. So I was a bit disappointed by this.

I'm sure the APs will still be amazing. If you want to pick up a Batman Hall, that is probably the way to go. I'd bet a couple of really nice ones arise though - probably skimped on a bunch to make the numbers.

I bought one box and got lucky and got two sketches. One by Jeff Chandler and one by Jed Thomas. Both nice.

fyi, the Cryptozoic website now indicates which sketch artists are rare:

DC Comics Batman?: The Legend Trading Cards | Cryptozoic Entertainment

Most of the artists you would expect to be rare are of course. But there are some surprises. A few artists that I wouldn't think would be rare are, and at least 4 surprised me by not being rare: Benjamin Glendenning, George Davis, Melike Acar, and Mick and Matt Glebe. I have been seeing a decent number of sketches from these 4 artists, so it looks like the info is correct. That might make this product one of the best if you are looking to hit a sketch by one of them.

Do you happen to know the rare/not rare cut off they use? Or does it vary by set?

I have no idea, that's the first time I've seen it for one of their sets. But I kinda think the cutoff might be 50, since I think the Glebe's posted all of their sketches, and I'm pretty sure that's how many they did.
