Default Completing Sketch Puzzle Cards?

I'm sorry if this is a dupe thread but I did a google search and couldn't find any information on it. I recently got my hands on a Topps Star Wars Galaxy Series 7 Ashleigh Popplewell card of the top half of Princes Leia's head. I would like to acquire the other card of this two card puzzle set but I'm unsure of how to do this, not even knowing what it looks like. You can see what I'm talking about from the C3PO double card here.

So my question is what is the best way of going about completing this? I think I'd be willing to spend $30-$40 on the other half of this card but what do I do? Spam Craigslist, Ebay, all sketch card forums with the offer? And make sure that if anyone every googles anything about those details they see my offer?

Really new to this so if I'm just SOL it's cool, I'm sure a lot of folks here find themselves in a similar position.

You can start here and see if anyone has pulled the card yet.
Sometimes there will be a "puzzle hunters" thread created, but I don't see one yet.
If anything post to the site and you may get lucky.

Good luck!

I would post on the Scoundrel forums. They have sections dedicated to people looking for other pieces of a sketch puzzle. Also, I would continue to check Ebay. It's very possible the other half hasn't even been pulled yet. Good luck in your search!

Cool, thanks guys! I am awaiting registration on the Scoundrel forums I'm trying not to let this turn into an expensive hobby but this forum is making it difficult!

Just wait until you get in Scoundrel. Even more stunning collections over there

Your best bets are to post over on Scoundrel, and to check ebay every few days in the hopes that someone lists the other half. You could also post your half on ebay with a really high BIN in the hopes that someone will contact you about the other half.

I think Ashleigh has posted a couple of times here on BO, you could try sending her a message to see if she has a scan of the whole puzzle. Good luck with the search!

If I'm looking for a puzzle piece I always set up a eBay saved search with email reminders that is broad enough that it should definitely pop up if the piece is listed example: "leia puzzle in trading cards" It is annoying that they don't package small (2 or 3 card) puzzles as "hot packs" in all sets. I'm pretty sure there are Iron Man 2 puzzles out there that have cards still sitting in packs somewhere!

The problem with puzzles to chase is the possibility that there could be pieces that never make it into packs as they are held back for replacements.
