One of the sketches I pulled from my two packs is the cool Miller sketch on the left. Maybe I missed it, but is there any significance to the Space emblem die-cut from the surface of the card in the lower right hand corner? My second sketch doesn't have one.

EDIT: Just realized the emblem was the Viceroy logo. Sorry Viceroy! :-)

That is actually Viceroy's logo.

My case break will be up in the appropriate section in a few moments.

Hey Guys! Just a quick note...

The Artist Sculpture Card artist, David G. Curd, is able to do a few Artist Proof versions of the sculpture cards. They won't come with the vellum paper insert or anything, just the card.

Here is the email address for him: whydgc@bellsouth.net

Just mention the Space set, and you guys can work out any details. He might be able to initial or sign the AP sculptures since they'll be stand alone. You should also probably send him a 360pt. magnetic holder for sizing, unless you don't care if it fits then he can make you whatever!

Very cool--how big is it?

BTW, Viceroy, looks like you hit it out of the park after seeing some of the breaks so far. Great job on this!

He did that with all the detail on a regular size AP card. Gary is some sort of wizard.

Just opened my case--man, I love this stuff. Glad I picked up 2 more boxes last night from BO.

I'll post my break in the box break section once I get everything scanned.

Got the case hit I was hoping for: Charles Hall!

No, early on, Viceroy made it clear this was a science set, not sci-fi. Although we all know aliens DO exist and will one day come to enslave our planet...

My case looks like it might not arrive until Monday... Serves me right for living at the furthest end of the country...

I guess they don't want to infringe on another possible set they could release.

I don't think so. More like, in keeping with how original Viceroy products have proven to be, there are plenty of alien / sci-fi sets out there for collectors.

Viceroy doesn't follow the rest of the pack.

Viceroy has also stated that they wanted this to be a "serious" hard science set- so that if they ever do a Space sequel they might be able to get scientist's autos/relics.

Someone like Neil Degrasse Tyson or some astronauts. Being Canadian I would love to see a Chris Hadfield auto card.

Doesn't look like I will get me case till Monday. I live in Colorado, you would think it shouldn't take that long.
