It is entirely possible that the index card for the cut could be a hurried sig from later in life, I do not know Rita's writing style. What I can tell you is that it is fairly obvious that the writing on the back is different from the front. Every single letter in Rita is constructed differently and there are many inconsistancies in the last name as well. One of the two sigs might be real though.

Agree the two are different, the back one looks like it might just be descriptive / labelling, whilst the front purports to be her auto. The card sig appears to have a couple of similarities (particularly the end/sign-off) and so could be an old-age sig. You might want to post it somewhere like Autograph Magazine Live where some of the authenticators / celeb auto collectors hang out for a better opinion.
