Anyone familiar with the 2011 Leaf Family Guy set? (Meet the Characters Evil Monkey)

This question is for anyone that is familiar with the set and/or have followed it since it came out.

I have opened the occasional box here and there (but none in a good 6 months). Anyways, got one recently and pulled a Meet the Characters Evil Monkey insert. I know it is fairly uncommon or an SP, but I can't find any written info on it. Nothing on ebay or in Completed Listings either.

Does anyone have any knowledge about how SP it might be and any recollection of some past sale prices? I appreciate any input.
