The Walking Dead Comic Trading Cards Set 2

Following the launch of the sold-out set released in July 2012, Cryptozoic is very proud to be partnering with Skybound to release another set of trading cards based on the insanely popular comic books, The Walking Dead! The base cards for this set will feature cover art not included in Set 1, and will take an in depth look at some of our favorite (and most despised) characters!

As anything "Walking Dead", this set will take off. They've announced auto's, but I'm guessing they're going to add something very cool to this set, perhaps a great redemption. We shall see.

hmmm, in conjunction with skybound ? is this usual or a new marriage ? I got 2 cases of S1 comics and I loved them but many complain about the sketch's being 1 per box...I was happy with mine but only about 1 in 10 compares to the TWD series releases...

Pretty interested in this. Definitely thinking about getting the first set of the Comic Book cards since prices are still good on those..Then a few boxes of these.

I haven't seen any other places have anything for sale yet other than here on BO...boxes for $104.99 and cases for $1,234.99

I did find this image of the binder though, unsure if it is accurate...

(Listed for $29.99)

Binders on BO as well...one for $39.99 and 10 ct case for $359.99

Seeing as how prices didn't sky rocket for Set 1, I wouldn't buy into what BO is selling it for...

I won't post other sites..but I've seen 2-3 other sites with boxes for the regular 79.99 price. No cases though yet.

And yea I've seen that binder as well. I'm surprised how many comic binders there actually are. I've came across the season 1, this season 2 posted above, general just binder that doesn't say set 1 or 2, then the limited comicon binder I believe it was.

And yea, being that I see you can still get series 1 boxes at retail, I'm looking to pay no more than retail for this set.

Was thinking about getting a case, but I'll probably wind up just preordering 2-3 boxes instead

I think there are 2 versions of the binder, the picture above I've seen labeled the Previews exclusive binder. I guess Previewsworld.com is a website that has information on upcoming comic related stuff, and this binder is an exclusive distributed by them?

Interesting, to see the different binder variations when there is only one version of the set...

I don't know what autographs they will get for this set since they already got Robert Kirkman, Sina Grace, Charlie Adlard, and Rus Wooton in Set 1.

I think those are the autograph cards from last year's set. It will be interesting to see what the autographs look like this year, and if it will be the same 4 signers, or if they will get any additional signers.

It is the signers from Set 1, I read an earlier post from Cujo about having autographs in Set 2. So I posted the first sets autographs posing the question whom else could they have sign if they already had these four guys in the first set.
