Thanks everyone, definitely the best sketch I've ever hit! Still can't believe it!

This sucks, tracking all days said my package was on delivery. Nothing all day, I just tracking again couple of minutes ago and it said it was delivered in the mourning. Didn't get nothing. I hope it's a mistake. Does anyone know if I have to go through usps or idw for a lost package. Or am I SOL.

It should have been shipped by UPS. If so, I would check your front door, they may have left it there. Or if you live in an apartment, check with the apartment office. Of course, the tracking information should indicate where it was left, and if anyone had to sign for it.

I got good news and bad news about my mars attack delivery. Lets start with the good news. I got my book today after a couple of days worring why tracking said it was delivered but I never got it. I think the post man delivered it to wrong address because someone drop the package off at my door and he wasn't a postman. The the book looks awesome. It is truly a collectors item.

To the bad news, the odds just got lowered. That's all I'm going to say for now. Ill post the sketch card in the break thread later on tonite.

Glad it all worked out, and it sounds like you must have hit a NAR! or Charles Hall, congrats! Can't wait to see your break posted!

Looks like after a few re-listings, they finally sold.

I know of another collector who got my album cover set, so those are accounted for.

That's good news for that seller--especially after seeing some of the other IDW sales. I hope you know I meant no offense--I would have gone up to $200, but I thought a $250 opening bid was a little extreme.

Someone willing to pay $200 for one of my cards is far from offensive.

Now back to stalking myself...

Just so everyone knows, for the record, the samples IDW sent me for Topps did not come with sketch cards. I did not want potentially valuable cards (like Ted's or Nar's for example) ending up out of fan's reach.

I wanted you collector's to be aware that none of the cards you are trying to locate -- on sale or in collections-- are NOT with me.

I'm surprised not that many book breaks on here.

I'm been checking and only see some. Haven't see any of the hall or Nars.

Well... NAR! agreed to 10 cards. At least 3 of them were broken on this site and posted in the break section. As far as I know, the set isn't sold out. Plus, you have to figure a good portion of the pre-order sales on a collectors item like this probably went to comic book shops, or similar, for resale and haven't been broken yet. This never seemed like a smart quick flip opportunity, so I assume most of the books were sold to collectors and if they pulled a Hall or NAR!, they probably aren't selling it on eBay.

eBay pick up. Got a pretty good deal on it as it was up for auction with another Hall that was a bit better than this one and had people fighting over it while no one else bid on this one. The seller included the book so I pretty much almost got this for MSRP, almost:

Glad you have honest neighbors! I got a package delivered to/by a neighbor not that long ago... and two months ago I sent a package that got marked as delivered. And it was. To the wrong state. Luckily the intended recipient doesn't have my dislike of phones and harassed the post office helpline for a week and actually turned it up.

And super-nice of Alvin to let y'all know he doesn't have your chase cards! ...as well as the whole making sure he didn't risk having them to begin with

Congrats on the nice pickup, buckycap! I saw those cards for sale, and that seller hit the jackpot with his IDW books: his 2 blue label books were Tim Proctor and Ted Dastick (the Last Supper themed puzzle!), and his 4 red label books were NAR!, 2x Charles Hall, and George Webber. I almost bid on the card you won, because as you said, it was barely more than the cost of a sealed book, and definitely a great hit. But I spent a little too much on various Black Friday sales.

I was a bit surprised at the starting price on the NAR! and the fact that it only got 2 bids. However, I do have my first Mars Attacks singles purchase on the way.

I thought the Blue Label books were sold out, but they're up again if anyone is interested.
