Yeah... 150 boxes in the Civil War is less that 10% of the print run of HOW1. If I had to guess I'd say the Civil War product is going to be $500 plus.

$500 is probably about right. I wonder who the artist is on the paintings and base?

Truth be known, Brian Price wasn't handing out anything. I came down with the flu on Sunday morning and didn't make the Industry Summit.

Heard it was great.

Some clarifications on Horrors of War II.

Release date will be June 2013. There will be 1,600 boxes produced. 160 ten box direct dealer cases.

There will be Civil War base cards, Relic cards and Cut Signature card in the product.

The Civil War product is totally a different product and more information will be available on that product in the weeks to come.

There will only be 150 Civil War boxes produced.

Hope this helps.

So will this be like a tournament format or just a classic all out last man standing melee? Also, do we get to select our weapons or is there like a standard gladius that we get?

HoW2 is looking to be around 500 a box?

Not familiar with 1 or 2 so I'm clueless. It seems like a pretty cool set/idea

There are two separate products HoW2 and the Civil War. I'd estimate HoW2 is probably going to be around $200 and Civil War is around $500. Just shots in the dark but it seems like these are pretty reasonable figures based on what HoW1 was (around $180).

Order forms for dealers will be out soon for Horrors of War II so the guessing will end shortly.

If any dealers out there have not opened a Famous Fabrics direct account, send me a PM and I will get one of our sale people to work with you.

I am sure Blowout will have Horrors of War II for their customers.

I have been noticing a lot of Art Cards on the Boards recently, so I thought I would show you some of the Art Cards in Horrors of War II.

What to do think?

Horrors of War II coming June 2013.

What do I think? I think they look %#$ing stellar! But I have many questions:
  1. Is the artist listed on the obverse?
  2. Is there a reason that's not included on the FF plaque at the top? Is the whole set one artist?
  3. Also, are all of the art cards a printed run of 10?
  4. Is the original sketch included as an insert?
  5. Actually could you explain the series number versus art card number in general and how they'll appear in the product?
Thanks for posting these, now I'm salivating. I failed to budget anything for HoW1 so you're doing good work here letting me know how much money to hold on to for June

Awesome to have you active on this forum!

Each card is hand-painted. It is the original art.

We have several artists working with us and they have signed the backs of the cards.

The numbers on the labels are for sample purposes only.

The final labels will be representative of of the number of inserts in the final product.

Hope this helps.

Those cards are amazing. Do you have a set price on a box yet for HoW2?

The prices are set by our dealers, the information should be available shortly.

Each box of Series II will contain:

One Special Card

The Special Cards are made up of:

Hand-painted Art Cards
Authentic Relic Cards

The fun starts in June 2013.

I've got one box coming. We're about a month out, what are the chances we will actually see an updated checklist before ship date?
