Yeah, I couldn't read that signature either. It is a gorgeous card and glad it found a good home If I pull the other half I'll be in touch - 4 more cases coming! Fun stuff.

You know what, 'Sketch?

FIRST PERSON TO SPOT ALL 7 CARDS WITH THE WRONG STORIES GETS A FREE "STAN LEE STRIKES" PRINT SIGNED BY JOE JUSKO!

Keep in mind, i'm only talking the first 58 story cards, not the non-story cards (59-95). To be clear, all the TITLES are correct-- it is only the stories that were misplaced. I am not talking about heritage parallels, concepts, etc, just the main, base story set.

That Horley is lovely, and stands alone well very well too. Great pick up.

There was at least one of these in the 2012 set too. 'Ordinary Heroes' is about blasting a giraffe?!

No, those were all correct, actually. The issue with that is that we had text written before the art was done, and the only instruction to John McCrea was "draw 15 cool scenes." When they came in we matched them up as best we could to make them work, but here and there they were a little off.

Any pics of Repka's sketches floating around? Anything in color? The ones I've seen so far are great, but not as dynamic as some of his Heritage cards (as of yet anyways).

They seem more conceptual/design and less action.

See now you've gotten spoiled! I'm friends with Ed, and what you have to know is that when we asked him to do more this time, he said he would only do them if it would be OK to do B&W head sketches. And that was fine with me.

He's an amazing artist and a top-notch creator who also happens to be an art director at NECA. He doesn't normally have time for little projects like this, but made an exception because he's such a big MA fan.

I own a B&W head sketch of his from Heritage and it's one of my favs from my entire collection.

Default My Chad McCown 4 Card Sketch Puzzle

I'm not a card collector but my son recently got into Pokemon. I bought him a bunch of cards on Halloween and the store owner gave him a free box of Mars Attacks invasion. One of the packs contained something that I knew was special. After searching the web I cam across this forum and decided to share it with you guys.

I'm just glad it was left intact for packs. Great pull. I think I saw it on ebay, correct?

Still haven't seen another one of these pop up on eBay. Do any of you have this one from your breaks? Just curious how short printed this one may be.

I picked up a cheap blacklight flashlight and the Finneral cards have a very cool effect

Also, the color Val Hochberg used for the Martian faces really glows well under blacklight.
