Default Help with a Bench Warmer card

I was going through a stack of common autos and found this:

2006 Bench Warmer Series 1 Yvette Nelson Schoolgirl Auto

I can't find any other ones that are stamped "Signed Version /5". I didn't think that these were numbered. Is this a different parallel?

That is weird! You are correct, there are no numbered versions of those Schoolgirls autos.

I'm guessing, mainly due to the haphazard/crappy addition of the extra text, that it might have been a test run of some sort? Maybe for art approval or quality purposes? What makes it odd is-

1) It says "/5" but there were no numbered versions of those cards and
2) It says "signed version" but there were no 'unsigned' versions of Schoolgirl cards or inserts.

I'm stumped... you should email Brian Wallos and ask. Some times it takes a while to get a response (especially with events like the National coming up) but he does respond.

Also, you should send me that card... you know, just to get a closer look...

My guess would be that it came from Vault, and was a buyback, that was stamped...my only guess...

Archives stamped their rereleased 'archive' autos with the numbers and the lady silhouettes, but I've never seen a stamped buyback or archive-style card from any Vault release.

I still say test run or major eff-up. Some designer left a layer visible in Photoshop and it got printed. Instead of getting tossed, somehow it made it into the production run. I've seen it happen in the print world.
