Default Americana replacement. Need help identifying

I pulled a couple of redemptions from my Americana case. I redeemed the Morgan and today I get these in the mail. Apparently Morgan did not sign so they sent me the card labeled no autograph #ed 50/50 and a replacement which was Elijah Wood.

The Wood is stamped Authentic 2008 Autograph on the Front and Donruss Playoff Special Edition on the back. I can't find the card listed as such anywhere online with Beckett.

Do you think it has the same value as the regular Private Signings card or does it carry a greater or less value?

Possible it was given out at some Promo event....or left-over from the National.

Not sure the market but would think the little Hobbit would pull a couple of bucks from the LOTR fanboys out there.

Yeah, you got a very nice replacement. I would agree with ND3 that the card was probably intended to be given away at one of the larger card shows that Donruss/Playoff would have attended, perhaps a nationial show or something like that. I would think a true LOTR fan would pay a slight premium to acquire this "variation" autograph of his.

My thoughts as well Ted. I thought it was pretty cool of them to send me the Morgan no autograph 50/50.

Consensus seems to me that these are commons that they stamped on the back and embossed on the front adding the sticker autos they leftover.

I've only seen 1 end on eBay it did as well as the regular autograph card, perhaps a bit better, but it was Kelly Monaco, who is sought after quite a bit.

Not sure what Wood would bring.

Not a bad replacement though.

Yeah, you did pretty good there. Is it possible that the Wood came from the Hawaii conference?
