There are very few of us. I collect comic type non-sport like Marvel and DC cards. I am looking for some cards from the older MM sets and the new Rittenhouse DC Legacy and Justice League sets if you have any.

Hi, I collect Indiana Jones cards mostly from Heritage but Masterpieces was a nice set as well. I think with the recent price increase I will not be buying anymore cases from Heritage and am happy with what I have accumulated so far. I also collect Star Wars when the time is right since there has been a consistent increase from presell to secondary on pretty much all releases. I personally love to hold onto non-sport products because I would say that 90% of the product released contains no redemptions(non-inkworks) and are ideal for this purpose. So in terms of collecting for investment potential and actually developing a personal collection I'm a non-sport collector.

I collect mostly Sci-fi stuff like Babylon 5, Star Wars, Star Trek, BSG etc. I do dabble into other stuff like Ren & Stimpy and the older Wacky Packages.
My wants are listed here: Sets I Can help you finish Bill |

I collect the Breygent Movie Posters and Marylin Monroe sketch cards. I also have some older Yu! GI! Oh! sealed cases stored away as an investment, but have no idea what they are. LOL. I just know they are some of their first issues. I hope they're not full of upper deck counterfeit cards.

I've always enjoyed non-sports and now with my distaste for UD and Razor and other wacky things with sports cards, I'm spending more on non-sports.
Been buying Firefly autos and cards, just ordered a Women of Star Trek case, and will be working on some of the Twilight Zone autos. I'm also anxious to see what Rittenhouse does with the Heroes license they announced. On-card autos are always my preference. Best to All, Vinny

I probably do about 50% sports and 50% non-sports, although I would probably prefer to do more non-sports. I dabble in almost every non-sport product out there because there is always something I usually want. Mostly I collect autographs and sketches and some costumes/props.

So there are a few of us around
I used to be a big collector of non-sports, a lot of sci-fi and vintage stuff, but I got a bit fed up so I have moved into manufacturing and writing. I run the Cult-Stuff site and we are hoping to have our first sketch card set out in the next few months. I still love to bust open boxes though and I also have a potter collection along with a bunch of other stuff I have no space for! It's great to see other non-sports folks around though. |
