We(Blowout HOW-II and CIVIL WAR box openers) saw that, I'm not sure I can give you a good answer, maybe someone here would want it if you post a scan of it in the Non Sport Buy/Sell/Trade section, I have Goering's boss Adolf Hitler(and Mussolini from HOW-II), I had the Hitler cut on ebay for 2 days before they kicked it off. Maybe your friend wants to add Hitler to his Goering? It's available.

I would post it in the non sports section. If the offer is good, it would be better than eBay or an auction house due to fees.

1/1 cuts are so hard to accurately price. Most historical collectors would rather have the whole piece it was cut from and have no idea what a 1/1 means, to them it's a clipped signature slabbed under glass. I'm in the 'would rather have the whole piece' that was held by the person who signed it, that's why my Hitler cut is for sale, I already have a full document signed by him. You could maybe try Robert Edwards auctions if no one here gives you a good enough price. Robert Edwards sold an Abe Lincoln 1/1 cut signature pulled from an Allen & Ginter pack a couple years ago-in a big auction the held. Back to the price question, maybe $3500 OBO? Hitler, Himmler, Goering, Goebbels- and to a lesser extent Rommel, are the biggest German autos to get. The first Horrors of War seemed to sell for much more than this series(I only paid a little over $400 for the darn Mussolini cut!). That's only the price of two boxes, last time the Himmler and Hitler sold for big amounts if I remember, but there have been no four digit sales of any Horrors of War cuts yet this series, the first two would be the Goering and the Hitler when they get sold.

I was the one who pulled the Himmler last time around. Got dinged twice for posting it on Ebay. Decided to sell offline for 1400 to a private collector who originally made an offer on Ebay. Was later told by Ebay that if I had listed the card and had put in the option to donate some of the bidding price, that would have been ok.

Is it really true it's illegal to ship Nazi related items to Europe? I had an offer for the Hitler when it was on ebay and the high bidder at the time it was removed was friggin German! Now I'm not sure who to sell it to, maybe an auction company but I know most auction goers prefer whole items, not cuts- like I stated earlier, they don't care what 1/1 means.. everything is a one of a kind to them, historically speaking.

I am from Germany and in my opinion it is illegal to send Nazi stuff to Germany. In Germany it is not allowed to sell stuff with the “Hakenkreuz” or Adolf Hitlers book “Mein Kampf” !! Ebay Germany will not list this stuff as well.

You can just own Nazi stuff ( Uniforms, books, symbols, medals ) when you get them from your family ( from your grandpa for example ).

But you can not wear or show them in public !!!

I don’t know if this law exists in the other western European countries as well. But probably it’s there the same.
