Top Prominent Cuts... cuts?

I know I've seen John Wayne, Elvis, Garfield, Bush/Carter first lady dual among others, but was wondering if anyone 1. knew other that have not been pulled 2. knows if there are any presidential cuts yet to be seen. I know someone on here pulled a Garfield 1/1.

Also, I was wondering what people thought of there being so many chase-cuts being higher runs. On the sell sheet Bush is 1/1, same with Carter I believe, and yet Bush is /11, Carter is /41ish, and Ford /61ish. Do you think this is beneficial or not.
I guess this increases the odds slightly of a nice pull, but seems to me when there are 60 of the same presidential cut floating around it'd decrease the value significantly.
I was hoping to see more Topps-like cuts (Washington/Jefferson Dual, Truman, Roosevelt, Edison, etc.)

I pulled a Gerald Ford, they're numbered to /71 which was kind of a bummer, but still, it's a dead presidents sig.. not easy to get TTM

Now that a checklist is out (I'm not vouching for it's accuracy), I can say the top pulls actually looks better than I thought it would a week ago. Sure, lot of cuts of living people and 3rd/4th tier actors/celebs but that should NOT be a surprise to anyone who did mystery cuts the last few years. People complain about the box price and I think it's definitely higher than it should be relative to Razor cut sig, but in the world of wax, this stuff will sell out because people are willing to take the gamble at one of the top cuts.


A couple of cuts of note that might get people to continue to break:
Bruce Lee 1/1. Lot of pent up demand for this one!
Lincoln 1/1. can't complain about Abe anything...
Benedict Arnold 1/1. One of the oldest cuts on the list and just plain cool.
Earhart/Lindbergh dual 1/1.
Lennon/Harrison 1/1.



of course, some other good ones too: Elvis 1/1. Charlie Chaplin 1/1. Marilyn Monroe /3....

As a golf fan a huge one was pulled.

Bobby jones and walter hagen dual

For golf it is like ruth gehrig dual auto

without the huge price tag

Another one is the Dalai Lama 1/1.

Not sure of the demand on that one. Wouldn't his true followers NOT desire material things???

Elvis is indeed on the checklist but I haven't seen it for sale/trade on the major auction sites.

I haven't seen an Elvis cut product in a long time...pretty rare if you do find one and pretty darn expensive as well. Wife would love to have one...I would have to break the bank to get it as well...

Does anyone consider Ozzy Osbourne as a "group a" case hit? That was the highlight of a case so far with one box left from a sealed 6 box case.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was the hit of the case (bias against UD). I ended up buying the contents of a case (LCS ordered a case + 2, and I bought 6 random over time) and the best cut was my Sam Snead /17. Not exactly a high value card- but a big name for golfers.

Personally I wouldn't say he's 'group a', but he is easily recognizable. If it was me, I'd risk it and buy the last box. Ozzy might not be the big name and it's not a huge loss if he is. I pulled a Betty White as well, and while I can't stand her- she's probably close to the recognizability of Ozzy.

I'd consider Snead a Group A auto since he's consider a legend in his sport and that he's also deceased. The autos out of the case at the LCS so far are Kristen Bell, Steve O, Stan Goldberg, Gino Auriemma, and Ozzy Osbourne. I have the last box on hold and am leaning towards cracking it with the cuts pulled so far.

I've opened 2 boxes of it already, so when I was in the shop Friday opening baseball I thought I'd try two more packs of this stuff. He's got it at $50 a pop, so I didn't want to do a whole box, but if I wouldn't have hit the cut, I would have probably kept going until I did. Not too sure about this guy, never heard of him. hope he sells and I make some of it back. I wanted to hit a nice comedian sig like Mel Brooks or something cool like that. I collect comedian sigs

Honestly, I would be happy if I could get a hit of 1/1 Hollywood Mega Star. I really want that Michelle Pfeifrer or Ahnuld Governator but any other 1/1 cut will do. Monday, hurry up...pretty please?

So I busted 2 boxes yesterday of the Cuts. Tim Sylvia auto...really the only MMA name i knew. My two cuts were a Tony Franciosa 1/5 and a Dual Roy Emerson/Rod Laver. Will have scans back up when I return from NYC. Any opinion on the cuts? Thanks.

Great pull on a dual cut. I have 2 boxes coming my way, if I'd pull your stuff I would be cool with that.
