I cant remember if it's FedEx or UPS, but I think there is automatic insurance up to $200. It's been forever since I worked at a mail center so I cant remember for certain.

Damn, maybe an e-mail to Chris will solve the problem?

This just happened today; there's no need to sound the alarms. I'm sure everything will be just fine, and if not maybe you can wait a little longer than a few hours to imply that you're somehow not going to get your package?

Not trying to make this sound personal at all, but this post was not necessary, and I would say this to anyone who didn't think to e-mail BO and wait at least one day for a response.

After school I am going to the post office tommorow.

I know I have a seperate order coming in tommorow as well from blowout.

with 2008 SP Chiography

I told my mom to wait for the box to come and pick it up immediately so it does not get lost as well.

After calling UPS the machine said delivered at 10:16am to my front door

when I got home at 3:30pm there was nothing there.

I didn't know you were a kid so maybe I shouldn't have been so harsh I guess... but the logic is the same: you have a problem with BO, at least give them the courtesy of dealing with it off the boards. Like I said, I'm sure everything will be fine.

I emailed ups and blowout.

I plan on calling blowout when I get home tommorow before going to the post office.

Those are the correct steps in my opinion, good, but then wait for their response next time before seeking outside help, at least public help because your thread makes it seem like they aren't helping you. Besides, it's not like these guys are going to pack up and close shop over $200, so please be patient with them. IF the problem isn't resolved in a few days, then let us know about it. I'd say "good luck" but this seems like a non-issue to me and I'm certain the issue will be resolved quickly.

Contact Chris, but first I'd be contacting UPS to find out exactly where the placed the box. They've been known to place them in odd places just so their not out for the public to see. Chris' shipments normally require a signature, but this may due to me normally ordering cases and not boxes.

Fex Ex and UPS are both automatically insured for 100.

And by "non-issue" I mean BO solving the problem... I don't mean to trivialize your concern because I would be concerned as well. My issue is only with not waiting for their response before posting is all. Take care.

I even checked in my garbage can outside my house and I still could not find it.

it is not me in a hurry but rather the people in my box breaking club.

Those box's were supposed to be broken Friday on ustream.tv for a group box break I run.

I have not broken the news yet to them, but if I do not have a solution by tomorrow I will.

I hope blowout and/or ups will help me resolve this issue somehow

I mean now that we're full-on working on this, I suggest you do like fish said and contact UPS right away to see where they placed the box. I understand your concern a little better now since you're pressed for time.

Not to mention the faster you call UPS the faster they'll be able to help you. I dont remember what I did 4 days ago....but today I still remember yesterday. If the package shows as delivered and you can't find it call them ASAP. most drivers are on the clock till 6-8 pm so you still stand a chance to have the drivers help today.

Gotta think your first call should have been to Chris at Blowout to get this resolved rather than posting to the forums about your issue.

I just called 1-800-742-5877 for you. They left it on your front porch, swear to god that's what they said.

did you request from Chris a signature required for delivery? because if you didn't then you might be assed out.

Do you live in an apartment complex? UPS drivers aren't supposed to leave the package in a "high traffic area" but they do. (i live in an apt complex and i've gone back n forth with ups on this plenty of times). if you live in an apt complex, sorry but you might be assed out unless UPS automatically insures packages like someone mentioned earlier.

What you can do is call UPS and get a number to speak with someone at your local hub, explain your situation and have the hub call the driver directly to ask exactly where they left the package. Chris is closed so you're only option right now is to get in touch with you local hub asap.

No on the signature

no on the apartment

I live on a very un-used street in a town with less than 3,000 people.

Like I said, I called, entered your tracking number and they said they left it on the front porch. If it's not there, then call the number I provided above and dial "0" for operator and ask questions. Alrighty then, I've got work to do.

Doesn't Chris require a sig for all orders?

IMO 1st call Chris or Pat first thing in AM or have your mom do it.
2nd call UPS (or have your mom do this while you are in school) give them your name and number and a supervisor will check on delivery by talking with the driver to ask him where he delivered it and then contact you.

Then it will go into a claim through BO and UPS.

Just my experience with another vendor same thing happened.

PS: Don't let Pskell see your misspelled words in your post.

From my experience with blowout, when I have ordered cases a signature has been required. Orders of a box or 2 have just been left at my house, so they probably left the boxes at your house, if they were marked as delivered.
