Default Any Beastie Boy fans out there?

I am a big Beastie Boy fan and have been since 87 when License came out. Me and a group of friends have seen them in concert a few times including just last Sept in Chicago. I just got an email from them this morning saying they are doing a "Rock the Vote Tour" and just announced a few dates. I about freaked when I saw that 2 of the dates they are playing with Tenacious D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are in VA on the 28th , MN on Nov 1st and Milwaukee on the 2nd.
Just thought someone would like to know.
I wanted to go to the Milwaukee show but have plans I can't get out of but am hoping for a St Louis show to be announced.

Beastie Boys rock. They are the only white rappers to actually make it and stay there, until eminem came along, but he's cool too.

I like a lot of their stuff, but I don't like being preached to about politics when I go to concerts. Thanks for the heads up though.

The Beastie Boys are timeless! I have seen them several times, and once was with Rage Against The Machine. That was one of the most amazing shows I have ever seen. The tour was cut short when Mike D broke his collar bone. If you are a Beasties fan and have not seen their DVD "Awesome,....I f*ckin shot that!" then go buy it!

Your killing me. We were going to that show in St Louis until the concert was cancelled and then Rage broke up a couple months later.
I bet it was awesome.

tenacious d is awesome to, wish it was closer. Is there a list of concerts? I remember last time around there was concerts all over the place, we got Pearl Jam here in Toledo.

Ive been to probably 100 concerts in the last 5 years but not too many big/older bands. Would love to see some of the greats but hate paying for the overpriced tickets and also don't like arena tours too much.

I much rather go to some slum in Detroit for shows.

They are supposed to be listing more dates soon. I will keep everyone posted.
