Default Live.com OOPS

My wife used buy it now for a Xmas gift for the kids but did not go through live.com. I want to ask the seller to relist it. I made the same mistake once on a box of cards and the guy did it no problem. What are the steps that the seller needs to take so they do not have to pay fees for the item to relist it.

Thanks

Seller files a non-payment by mutual agreement...you agree to the ebay email and seller is refunded.

Nobody gets a strike and you get the discount the second time around!

Thanks. I hope the seller will do it.
My wife thought live.com was automatic( like me mowing the lawn and changing her oil)

If you tell the seller you will throw in $5 for their trouble they will probably do it...or atleast .35 for the re-listing.
