Pretty sure the 5 mm are a tight fit, you'll want 7 mm

I have busted a bunch of this and for me the toploaders that work best are for standard jersey cards or autos you will want 100 pt holders and for the patch cards you will want 130 pt holders. I have Ultra Pro so the sizes may be slightly different. Also make sure you get extra thick card sleeves as it is a pain to try to use regular sleeves and you risk damage to the card trying to get it in there.

What kind of snap/screw down would be good for those double-length jersey cards? I bought an 07 TTT Ichiro one, and want to make sure it is protected, yet still visible.

Nothing yet for the booklets. People have suggested using say two very thick topload holders (7 mm) with one on each end as the best way to keep this protected but still viewable. I havent tried it yet with my 24 relic, but I think I might.

sometimes if the card is a bit loose, I fold a penny sleeve over twice and put it behind the card to help secure the card.

With more and more mem cards being made like that, you'd think someone would be making quality holders to keep them in. I think I'll fire off a few emails to the companies that make the single-card ones.
