My little brother who is almost 6 loves superheroes and I might be interested that is if he doesnt just get them and take them out and just leave them somewhere and not look at them.

ifish73 is totally legit with this. My daughter just received some cards from him today. By the way ifish73, she especially loves the Topps Heritage cards because they had pink and purple borders and the Marvel cards with heroines, since they are just like her....female. You just never know what a kid is going to like the most. Thanks so much!

I'd like to join in. I have some base left. I give most of it to my LCS owner. Who in turn hands them out at the Summer Camp. I will be ripping a couple of 08 topps chrome today or tommorow. Depends on the mail man. The only thing is with working 2 jobs is I can only get them out on Saturdays. But let me know. And I'll get some out.

Nice to see a fee more people offering to send cards out. Especially if someone likes Basketball or Hockey since I don't break either of them.

Just wondering if anyone would be willing to toss some over to my 6th grade SPED kids. I teach in the ghetto, or as ghetto as it gets in Kansas, so basketball or football are the main commodities. I give out quite a few of my own, but am starting to run low. The kids do love to get rewards for reaching goals.

fungi send me your address or the schools with your name. I could round up a nice batch of rookies/singles/inserts for ya. I haven't figured out what to do with them so this could be good for the kids and the cards.

I have a 9 year old son who I've probably irreparably hooked on sportscards. He loves to sort them, make little displays, etc. He is starting to get homework this year (4th grade) and is hating it. In the past, I've used cards as an occasional reward for the homework, and also for writing exercises (he is getting pediatric occupational therapy for pencil-grip issues) in which he sends in older base cards to the teams of retired/active players with an SASE for autos. If any of you have small-medium lots of baseball, football, or hockey base cards that you are looking to get rid of, I'd be happy to take them off your hands. I'm also happy to help out with shipping costs (Paypal) - send me a PM with details. Having the occasional surprise box/envelope for him to open would go a long way on the inspiration front!

Does your son have a favorite Baseball/Football team or just any will do.
