I picked it up after I had my gall bladder removed 7 or 8 years ago.

You need to get your body conditioned better. I will go my one and only time today between 3:45 and 4:15...whenever I get home from work. Happens 350 days of the year at that time. Only way I will go twice is if I eat something that doesn't agree with me.
