Default Laughlin Nev. Anyone know about it?

Wife and I are off this week and we are going to laughlin for a few days, bye bye $$$$$$
We are staying at the Colorado Belle, anyone been there? How is it? Please don't make me feel bad and suggest other places to stay already reserved. Not bad $51.00 three days 2 nights for both of us.

Wife said, do not ask if there are any card shops So I'm not asking if there are any

For some reason the name of that town rings a bell. I think there's a secret military base nearby. Area 51 or something like that. That would be neat!

That base is outside Las Vegas. I could tell you some stories but they would stop my A.F. retirement pay

I love Laughlin fairly cheap gambling compared to Vegas. What do you like to do as everything is fairly close together so you can hit up other hotels easily. I know when I went the Riverside had a nice poker room and nice poker tourneys if you like poker. The riverside also has a small like 6 screen movie theater if you want to take in a movie. There is a really good fast food place that has awesome burgers called In and Out mixed in among the hotels. We have always stayed at the Tropicana which last time we were there had a nice buffet as well as an italian place but we never went to the italian place just went passed it. If you would like any additional info PM me.

You talking about Nellis? I believe that base and "Area 51" are separate places. My father was stationed at Nellis during the '80s and had to fly in and out on Mon/Friday. I don't think there were any real roads going into the base when I was there. Always wanted to know what goes on on that base though. Only thing I was ever told was that my father worked on the Stealth Fighter for a few years.

Oh yea, and there are plenty of card shops in Vegas if you can get away for a couple hours

I just remembered why the name of that town rang a bell. That's the town where there was that huge biker brawl between the Mongols and the Hells Angels. I guess I would make sure it isn't bike week before I go! My mind is jumping all over the place today. Also, on that area 51 thing, I saw some show on Discovery channel or something where they actually followed the employees home from the airport. I guess they fly these employees in every day! How is it I remember this crap, but I couldn't tell you what I had for dinner yesterday.

I was driving down the 15 one morning on my way to work when I noticed 8 million bikes behind me. They started to pass me BOTH sides and I notice who they were, all I seen was Hells and never took my eyes off the winshield

After they passed me I had to pull over and laugh my a$$ off at myself.
That was the longest 15 minutes of my life
