I know (and have dealt) with items I have purchased from Canada before. This one just seems to be taking longer than usual (which is also normal). Anyways, just wondering how long you all usually wait till you start contacting the seller (who is shipping from Canada) about an item that isn't received? I won this item over 2 weeks ago (working on 3 weeks now). I do understand about customs and all that good stuff. Just wondering how long you all usually wait till you complain to the seller. I contacted the seller after 2 weeks just to check when the item was shipped and he responded that he sent it out the day after auctions end. I just don't want to be a pain because I do understand that it takes longer than usual to get items sometimes from Canada. Just looking for opinions. Thanks

Yeah I understand its not being a pain for asking, but you know what I mean. I PM'd him and he did say the item was sent out the day after auctions end. And I have no problem waiting for my item and being patient. Just wondering how long you all would wait until you start wondering. I mean...3-4 weeks or more....or what????

I have had it go between 3-4 weeks from Canada. You can always politely ask when it was shipped so that you know about when to expect it. That is what I do when starting to wonder about a card.

I can open a dispute anytime within 45 days after payment is made through paypal. I just didn't know if everyone around here had certain time limits that they go by or what. The seller didn't have alot of feedback (under 30), but they were all positive. So hopefully the cards show up here soon so I don't have to worry about anything. Usually I get everything from Canada within the 2 week mark, but customs can always screw that up.

I'd go 2 weeks and then contact the seller. If no response after 24-48 hours then I'd escalate it. You've got 45 days. I just opened one up tonight on a sale thats 15 days since I paid, but also emailed the seller (through ebay last week with no responce).
