I need some sharp eyes--- 1). is this Smith auto legit? and 2). what is the BV on the Jordan?

Smith card is the 2nd photo and the Jordan card is the 4th pic. I would just post the pics here but the stupid slideshow won't let me DL it!!!! Anywho, I'm thinking of picking this whole lot up for cheap [real cheap] so if there is anything in photos that you like lmk.

and the asking price reflects that... which is 30 bucks for the whole lot. I just want some eyes on the emmitt auto and Jordan insert card for a heads up.
