Does target or Meijer price match?

I know Wal-Mart does, and as everyone knows, they have 2011 Topps baseball value boxes for $10.98. Target and Meijer has them for the $14.99. Anyone know if they price match? Both stores has 10 boxes, and if they price match, I'll be picking them up. Thanks!

If it's in their sales flyer I don't see why not...

The value boxes wouldn't be on WalMart.com anyway. Best bet would be to photograph the display at WM doubt it helps though.

I think they are all handled by an outside marketing company anyways. I cleaned out local Wal-Marts and left them sitting on Target's shelves. I have noticed this week that all of my local Wal-Marts had 2 value boxes left (of course I bought them

). Meanwhile, the local Targets had none left. My guess is that they are rotated to the places in which they are selling.

If I remember correct there is a thread on here somewhere that a member here tried doing that exact same thing, but the Target wouldn't do it because it wasn't in a sales flyer.

Here is the official terms on Target.com:

We'll match the price found in any competitor's printed ad* for an identical product.

I know for Target that price match is for advertised prices that aren't quantity limited. It doesn't apply to on sale or discounted items at other stores.

Well I know I'm the only retail buyer around. As the same stuff is at the same spots. I cleaned out 3 Wal-Marts. Even ask the manager for more. So I was hoping others would price match. I'll try searching Wal-Mart.com but doubt it. I could ask the manager anyhoo since no one else buys em haha

I already went into my local Target last week and tried it. They said if it's in the ad they will price match it. If not in the ad, they won't price match it or anything. I paid full $14.99 for 5 value boxes and all I got was trash!

Yea it is only worth it for me at $10.99. Codes and Harper's are still 35% money back. But $14.99 isn't a good price.
