Very, very quick paypal question.

I want to buy/sell like 10-20 things a month max. Do I get personal or premier? Paypal lists the differences but only writes "limited" under some categories and doesn't explain the details.
What does everyone have?

Personal.........Dont know what the difference is but I'm pretty sure you have to pay for premier.

Thanks. The only key difference it lists is "merchant services" but doesn't really describe the differences at all.
