Here are some pork chops I made earlier in the week. I've got a pork butt about 2 hours in for an all night smoke. Hopefully be ready at lunch time tomorrow.

Dude the loin feel apart in my mouth before I even started chewing! Unbelievable. Haha I split 6 chops and 2 loins between me and my brother inlaw and after eating we both say on the couch and couldn't beleive how much we pounded haha

Yes it was chicken on the grill (on the skewers were pineapple).

Tonights enjoyment...blackened 5 Pepper Venion Tenderloins w/asst. veggies (I have the first three skewers..wife has the 2nd three - just a little difference in preferences . Had 2 huge Portabella Caps that I diced and put with the onions. Going to let them roast for a little while - then not sure what I'll do with them. Thinking may join a pot roast later in the week.

I busted out the grill last weekend for the year. I ask the wife, what do you want to eat first this year. Hot dogs.

So lame.

What a grilling thread and you guys are talking hotdogs...shame.
So let's see..wife is golfing...I'm home alone..and its nice out...grilling time .

Rolled/split chicken ta tas with spinach, pepper jack, and mushrooms. Oh yeah enough spices the Cajuns would be concerned! This may be epic if they turn out (concerned about them falling apart - however I have burrito wraps on hand

Was about 20-30 min prep (including deboning the split chicken tatas).

My disclaimer is that this is gas and not a smoker or charcoal - Im willing to forgo a little flavor to eat now. Grand Gourmet Pro is the name (looks a lot like a brinkman) - has a huge dent in the lid but that just made it cheaper when I bought it. But 3 burner with infrared and rotisserie so I can do about anything

6 oz of Pepperjack Also added some mushrooms. Next time I made these I think I'm going to have to add some hidden heat - the pepperjack just isnt hot enough but with my 5 pepper rub its already got some zip so I need to be careful.

You'll love the BGE. Nothing else I've ever grilled on compares. The Cast Iron Skillet Apple Pie above was made on my egg. I've got a few more pics I'll try and post later tonight.

I use this site for a lot of my grill recipies.

Killer Barbecue and Grilling Recipes

I don't remember where I found the site. It may have already been posted earlier in this thread.

You aren't by chance in Indiana are you?
