I dont know if this has been said yet but if she breaks up with him then go ahead and start diating her. But first ask yourself these questions: Do you still love her? Does she really love you? How do you know if shes not just looking for a guy to help support her kid? If you both really want to be with each other then do it. If not then at least help her kid until the guy gets out because it would be the right thing to do.

The bf is in jail for 5 years and no they are not together.
