Default Anybody been to an All-Inclusive in Mayan Riviera or Cozumel?

I am getting ready to book a 2 week, all-inclusive vacation and am looking for opinions or reviews. I am not limited to Mexico but am leaning that way. I do not want to go on a cruise. Vacation will be the last 2 weeks of January or last week of January and first week of February. Let me know what you guys think.

Hope to spend a day at the ruins. I think the tours are included in our package...I'll let you know. There are some very good reviews on tripadvisor.com for Cozumel Palace

I went to cozumel mexico, key west florida, hondorus, and belieze on a cruise. Belieze was absolutely amazing though. I know a hurricane hit there 2 years ago but man I was impressed. Cozumel was a very fun place though. The ruins were in fact pretty cool. Cerveza is the word of the day when your there.

Ya mon!! Jamaica!! Went to Montego Bay (Sunset Beach Resort & Spa). I went w/ my wife last fall on our honeymoon. Best time I ever had (w/ my wife). The rooms aren't the classiest, but man oh man is the swim up bar spectacular!!! Being all inclusive, you can easily drink your money's worth. I'm actually planning on getting back there for our anniversary in September....that is if I dont go broke at National's.

If you go to Mexico:

Don't drink the water

Tulum and Chitzen Itza will be rediculously hot and mesquito filled. I go to Playa de Carmen annually and if you have any questions there are forums just like blowout with up to the date information on whats going on there, updated by locals and vacationer's. Have fun, its a great place, but getting to over crowded and touristy for my taste, I am going to belize next year.

Or the Ice.

Although most of the resorts filter/purify it now.

Because it would include everything washed, lettuce, fruit, mixed drinks, etc...

Just bring some immodium AD just in case.

We went on our honeymoon back in 2006 in Maya Riviera. We stayed at the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort which was all inclusive & amazing.. Never left the resort since they had it all covered. Even had their own night club on the property.
