Ive been eating salads everyday this week. Instead of just lettuce you should try kale. Also if you add sliced up avocados that makes it better. Instead of dressing make a spicy mango salsa. It sounds too healthy but its so good.
I also pany fry ground turkey and sausage meat (opened casing) and make a ground meat salad. I add a lot of meat so that makes it a delicious and healthy meal for me.

LOL. THis reminded me of those Bud light commercials. "Eat a 12000 calorie taco salad. Yes its 12000 calories but its a salad therefore its healthy!!"
